Rubber Lining

After we know the corrosion process, we must know the protection corrosion. There are two types are protection corrosion namely inside and outside protection. Coating if the thickness on the substrate is less than 1 mm, if it is more than that we called lining.

What is Rubber Lining?

Rubber Lining is the skilled application of unvalcanized and vulcanized rubber sheets to prepared metal surfaces.

5. Rubber Lining Application
6. Rubber Lining Curing (Cold or Hot Lining)
7. Inspection & Testing

Advantages of Rubber Lining.

The principal benefits of rubber lining are its excellent resistance to corrosive and abrasive chemicals and materials, e.g. acids, alkalis, salt water, slurries, sand, shot blast media, crushed rock etc. In addition rubber linings provide other benefits including noise and vibration reduction, electrical and thermal insulation and product protection. you can see the configuration of rubber lining beside.

You can see the flow process diagram below

After we knew the flow process in a rubber lining process, then we will know the Uses of Rubber Lining belongs to Industries.
